  1. Provide samples for our disassembly analysis.
  2. Provide the product specification document.
  3. Provide electrical parameter requirements (such as current, voltage, power, frequency, inductance), product size specifications, circuit diagrams, transformer pinout diagrams, and special process requirements. [For specific information, please contact us.]

Yes, we are an innovative electronic component manufacturer integrating R&D design with production. We have the capability for independent research and development. Our R&D team consists of over 20 professionals, ensuring to address all customer needs from the design and development phase through to after-sales service.

During the sample phase, we provide detailed test reports for customer reference to ensure that all electrical parameters meet the customer's requirements. In the pilot production phase, we provide a detailed specification document for customer approval, and production will only commence after customer confirmation. During the mass production phase, we have a professional quality assurance team of over 30 members, covering all inspections from raw materials to finished products. At the same time, we are equipped with approximately 100 inspection machines, covering inspections from appearance to various parameter tests, to ensure the product's pass rate.
Yes, we can provide samples or prototypes, but the samples are subject to a charge. If a pilot production order is placed within one month of receiving the samples, we will credit the sample fee against the payment for the order. Typically, the sample design cycle is within one week.

It depends on the material's MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). Generally, the MOQ is set between 3,000 to 5,000 pieces. However, before proceeding to mass production, we are happy to support small-scale pilot production runs, such as 500 to 1,000 pieces.

This depends on the production schedule of our manufacturing department. Generally, the first pilot production or batch production will take about 3 to 4 weeks to complete; subsequent mass production orders can be completed within 2 to 3 weeks.
